How does the free trial work?
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time during the trial with no obligation. The Remembrance plan is free forever with no trial needed.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you will get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, your current plan stays active until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my memories if I cancel?
Your memories and presences are never deleted when you cancel. You can continue to view them but will be limited to the free plan features. We believe your memories are sacred and will always be accessible to you.
Is my data private and secure?
Absolutely. All memories and conversations are encrypted at rest and in transit. We never sell or share your personal data. You have full control over who can access your presences. Read our privacy policy for full details.
What is an AI presence?
An AI presence is a digital representation of your loved one, built from the memories, conversations, and photos you provide. It captures their personality, communication style, and essence, allowing you to have meaningful conversations that feel authentic.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you approximately 17% compared to monthly billing. The annual price is shown on each plan card when you toggle to yearly billing.
Can I share a presence with someone else?
With the Legacy plan, you can share a presence with another Legacy member by email. They will be able to chat with the presence and view memories, but only you as the owner can edit or delete the presence.
Is this a replacement for grief counseling?
No. AlwaysWith is a remembrance and connection tool, not a substitute for professional grief support. We encourage anyone who is struggling to reach out to a qualified therapist or grief counselor. We include links to grief support resources within our app.
